I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO and Blue Choice) and United Healthcare. Please reach out to your insurance provider to confirm your coverage. If I am out of network with your insurance provider, you would pay the full session fee and I will provide you with a receipt (also known as a “superbill”). You can then submit this receipt to your insurance provider for out of network reimbursement, if you have out of network benefits.

The fee for the initial intake appointment is $200. Subsequent 55 minute individual therapy sessions are $180. Couples therapy sessions are $200 for 55 minutes and $220 for 75 minutes.
